On May 2, Square Enix released “Final Fantasy 15” for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. Within a few hours, it became one of the best-selling games on both consoles.
But within four days, players noticed that their characters had been stolen from the game. It was later found that the hack came from a game called “Kuro3D,” a free-to-play browser game that features 3D graphics.
An official on the game's development team said that the hack came from players who wanted to create their own characters. They stole users’ information and created an entirely new character, according to a report from the BBC. The hackers then created their own in-game store and the game's official website.
Square Enix was able to patch the problem before it got out of control. They were also able to track down the hackers and get their data back.

The appellants were convicted of possession of cocaine. Their sole enumeration of error is that the trial court erred in denying their motions for mistrial based upon alleged prosecutorial misconduct during closing argument.
The three defendants were together when the drugs were found in their car. One of them (the fourth defendant) was tried separately and convicted of possession of cocaine. The other two were charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug-related objects.

In closing argument, the state's attorney stated that the jury had heard testimony that the police officers "went there to arrest" the four defendants but that there was "no proof" that they "were to be charged with anything." Counsel for one of the defendants objected to this argument. However, at that point the defense attorney failed to request a curative instruction, and the trial court made no ruling on the objection. When the state's attorney later resumed his argument, he stated that the officers were investigating the four defendants. This prompted the other defendant's counsel to object again. However, the objection was made after the state's attorney had made it clear that he had finished speaking.
